Hello there, i forgotten my password to my ingame account, so i contacted NCsoft, its already past 3 days, still waiting for a reply, does anyone know how long it usually it takes them to answer?

Where exactly did you attempt to contact them? Current GW1 support is here. It's generally pretty good (they should reply in a day or two) but I don't think they work weekends.

I used the site that you linked, they sent me an email apologizing for taking so long, said they'll get to it asap. Guess i have to keep on waiting...

This is just great, they still didnt reply... I just dont understand, why would it be so dificult to send me a link to reset my password, why then even send me an email saying theyll get to me asap: "Watch out for your email".
I dont even get to play the damn holiday events now, this is wondeful. Guild wars support is amazing...

Actually, if you've set up an ncsoft account, you may be able to reset it yourself through there. From my experience, the NCSoft account system has been a little dodgy, but it seems to work well now. If you used the previous NCSoft system at some point, there's this system migration process you need to go through, so if you have you may want to wait for them to reply so you know exactly what you're meant to do.

It will take a while. It feels like they don't really have a support for GW anymore. It's just one guy working like 1 hours/month. Expect 1-2 weeks before starting to worry.

I personally would agree with Marty. If you have set up a ncsoft acc it is going to be a whole lot faster. You can probably still set one up if you have your CD-Keys + email ready.

Yes i did make an ncsoft account, but you need the original serial code to add your game account( which is so stupid, my personal opinion)... which i do not have, perhaps, yet.
I really hope il be able to get it soon, will let you guys know how things turn out to be.
